Platform & Infrastructure Engineer
delivering resilient systems since 1991.
I design, build, and operate enterprise-grade infrastructure platforms—bridging classic UNIX and Windows estates with modern cloud-native architectures, while keeping data protected and applications highly available.
From bare metal to cloud platforms—designing systems that stay up, scale out, and recover fast.

Key moments in a platform engineer’s journey
A brief overview of how my work has evolved—from early UNIX operations and ANSI C integration, through database and systems administration, into modern cloud-aligned infrastructure and data protection engineering.
1990s: Entered IT operations, working with UNIX systems, shell scripting, and early networking. Built a foundation in system reliability, performance tuning, and incident response.
2000s: Expanded into database administration and systems integration using ANSI C, connecting applications to back-end services and optimizing data flows across heterogeneous platforms.
2010s–present: Focused on enterprise infrastructure platforms, virtualization, Windows and Linux administration, Veeam-based data protection, and application load balancing—supporting highly available, cloud-ready environments.
